Features

ALITA 907 is a methacrylic acid-modified novolac epoxy vinyl ester resin. It exhibits excellent adaptability in extreme chemical environments.

  • Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional resistance to strong acids, water, organic solvents, and acidic oxidizing media.
  • Heat Resistance: Outstanding high-temperature performance (Heat Distortion Temperature up to 165-170℃), suitable for severe thermo-chemical environments.
  • Physical Properties: Exhibits superior mechanical strength and long-term durability under aggressive conditions.
  • Applications: Widely used in anti-corrosion FRP products, marine structures, storage tanks, pipes, industrial flooring, Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) systems, chemical processing, and metallurgical industries.
  • Process Versatility: Compatible with hand lay-up, pultrusion, spray-up, filament winding, compression molding, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), and vacuum infusion.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety Protection: This resin contains ingredients that may be harmful if mishandled. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; appropriate protective equipment must be worn during operation.
  • Storage Temperature: It is strongly recommended to store in a stable temperature environment below 25℃ (77℉). Keep away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes.
  • Environmental Requirements: Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture contamination. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer (e.g., styrene) evaporation.
  • Management: Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle for stock rotation.
