Features

ALITA 3301 is a Bisphenol-A type unsaturated polyester resin, primarily synthesized from D-33 monomer. It features medium viscosity and high reactivity.

  • Performance Characteristics: Belongs to the CEE category for chemical corrosion resistance. It exhibits outstanding mechanical properties, a high heat distortion temperature (HDT), and excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Applications: Suitable for manufacturing FRP products that withstand chemical corrosion under high temperatures, such as electrolytic cells, chemical storage tanks, FRP pipes, and industrial flooring.

Curing Notes:
1. Casting process follows GB/T 8237-2005. Curing system: 0.5% Cobalt Octoate accelerator + 2.0% Butanox M-50 curing agent.
2. Cast post-treatment: RT 24h 60℃ 2h 80℃ 2h.
3. FRP product post-treatment: RT 24h 60℃ 3h 110℃ 3h.

Usage Instructions

1. Composition: ALITA 3301 resin does not contain wax, accelerator, or thixotropic agent.
2. Resin Selection: For applications requiring higher heat and corrosion resistance, ALITA Vinyl Ester 901 resin is recommended.
3. Media Confirmation: When selecting heat and chemical resistant resins, please refer to our company's "Heat and Chemical Resistance Media Query Table" based on the actual use media and temperature, and confirm through experiments.
4. Full Curing: Post-curing treatment of corrosion-resistant FRP products is crucial. Products must be fully cured before being put into use.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety Protection: This resin contains components that may be harmful if handled improperly. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and necessary protective equipment must be worn.
  • Storage Temperature: It is strongly recommended to store indoors at a constant temperature below 25℃ (77℉). Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to steam pipes.
  • Environmental Requirements: To prevent moisture contamination, outdoor storage is strictly prohibited. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer volatilization.
  • Inventory Management: Follow the "First-In-First-Out" principle.
