Usage Instructions

1. Exterior Coating Use: Paraffin must be added to ensure full cures when used for the outermost layer. 300 ppm (melting point 52℃-57℃) recommended. For optimal effectiveness, ensure gel time is within 30 minutes.
2. Post-curing: Essential for optimal heat resistance and chemical durability.
  • Recommended: 24h at RT followed by 3-8h at 80℃-100℃.
  • Highly recommended for products in strongly corrosive environments.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety Protection: This resin contains components that may be harmful if handled improperly. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; necessary protective equipment must be worn during operation.
  • Storage Conditions: It is strongly recommended to store in a constant temperature environment below 25℃. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources such as steam pipes.
  • Environmental Requirements: To prevent moisture contamination, absolute no outdoor storage. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss.
  • Inventory Management: Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle.
