Reference Formulation

1. Composition: ALITA 7017 resin does not contain wax, accelerators, or thixotropic agents.
2. Recommended Curing System:
  • BPO Curing Agent: 0.5 - 2.0%
  • TBPB Curing Agent: 0.5 - 1.5%
  • Actual ratios should be comprehensively adjusted based on production equipment, product wall thickness, mold temperature, and line speed.
3. Shrinkage Control: When manufacturing thick-walled profiles, it is recommended to add low-shrinkage additives to reduce internal stress and prevent cracking or dimensional deformation.
4. Selection Guidance:
  • For better heat or seawater resistance, Isophthalic ALITA 239 is recommended.
  • For extremely high levels of chemical corrosion resistance, Epoxy Vinyl Ester ALITA 901 is recommended.

Storage & Handling

  • Protection Requirements: Avoid skin and eye contact; must wear protective clothing, chemical-resistant gloves, and goggles during operation.
  • Environmental Control: Strongly recommended to store in a cool, dry place below 25℃. Keep away from direct sunlight, steam pipes, open flames, and all heat sources.
  • Management: Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture pollution; keep containers sealed to prevent styrene monomer loss and property changes. Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle.
