Applications
ALITA 202 is an orthophthalic type unsaturated polyester resin synthesized from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and standard glycols.
- Core Features: Exhibits low viscosity and high reactivity. The refractive index of its cast body is very close to that of E-glass fiber, providing exceptional light transmittance.
- Physical Advantages: Fast curing speed and good wetting property to fibers. The finished product has good strength, stiffness, weather resistance, and effectively diffuses direct sunlight.
- Typical Applications: Particularly suitable for manufacturing high-performance translucent panels, such as lighting tiles, skylight sheets, etc.

Gel Time Test Condition: 25℃ constant temperature water bath. Add 0.9g T-8M (1% Co) and 0.9g M-50 (Nouryon) to 50g of resin.

Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 202 is wax-free and does not contain accelerators or thixotropic agents.
2. Application Matching: When selecting glass fiber, ensure that the refractive index of the fiber matches the resin to achieve optimal light transmittance.
3. High Weather Resistance: Suitable for lighting products requiring high weather resistance and light diffusion performance.
Storage & Handling
- Safety Protection: Avoid skin and eye contact; wear necessary protective equipment during operation.
- Environmental Control: Store below 25℃. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited; keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Sealing: Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Follow the "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) principle.
