Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 7016 resin does not contain wax, accelerators, or thixotropic agents.
2. Recommended Curing System:
- BPO Curing Agent: 0.5 - 2.0%
- TBPB Curing Agent: 0.5 - 1.5%
- Actual ratios should be dynamically adjusted based on equipment model, profile specifications, mold temperature, and production speed.
3. Shrinkage Control: When manufacturing thick-walled products, it is recommended to add low-shrinkage additives to reduce internal stress and prevent cracking.
4. Selection Guidance:
- For higher heat or seawater resistance, Isophthalic ALITA 239 is recommended.
- For higher chemical corrosion resistance, Epoxy Vinyl Ester ALITA 901 is recommended.
Storage & Handling
- Safety Warning: Contains active monomers; avoid skin and eye contact. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and personal protective equipment.
- Temperature Environment: Strongly recommended to store in a cool, dry place below 25℃ (77℉).
- Environmental Isolation: Keep away from direct sunlight, open flames, or heat sources like steam pipes. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture contamination.
- Inventory Management: Keep containers sealed; prevent moisture absorption and monomer evaporation. Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle for stock rotation.
