Usage Instructions

1. Composition: ALITA 210 resin does not contain wax, accelerators, or thixotropic agents.
2. Recommended Pultrusion Formulation: Suggest using BPO curing agent (0.5-2.0%) or TBPB curing agent (0.5-1.5%). The actual ratio should be dynamically adjusted based on equipment, product specifications, process temperature, and pultrusion speed.
3. Shrinkage Control: When manufacturing thick-walled products, it is recommended to add low-shrinkage additives to prevent cracking.
4. Selection Guidance:
  • For higher heat and seawater resistance, ALITA 239 (Isophthalic) is recommended.
  • For superior corrosion resistance, ALITA 901 (Epoxy Vinyl Ester) is recommended.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety: Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear necessary personal protective equipment during operation.
  • Storage: Strongly recommended to store below 25℃. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited; keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources (e.g., steam pipes).
  • Management: Keep sealed to prevent moisture ingress and styrene monomer loss. Follow the "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) principle.
