Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 228 resin does not contain wax, accelerators, or thixotropic agents.
2. Recommended Pultrusion Formulation: Suggest using BPO curing agent (0.5-2.0%) and TBPB curing agent (0.5-1.5%). The actual selection should be based on specific equipment, product thickness, process temperature, and pultrusion speed.
3. Anti-cracking Measures: When making thick-walled or large-sized products, it is recommended to add low-shrinkage additives to reduce the shrinkage rate.
4. Selection Guidance:
- For higher heat and seawater resistance, ALITA 239 (Isophthalic) is recommended.
- For superior corrosion resistance, ALITA 901 (Epoxy Vinyl Ester) is recommended.
Storage & Handling
- Safety Protection: Wear necessary protective equipment during operation; avoid direct skin and eye contact.
- Environmental Control: Strongly recommended to store below 25℃. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited; avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources like steam pipes.
- Management: Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Regularly rotate stock.
