Features
ALITA 915N is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, general-purpose unsaturated polyester resin featuring low viscosity and medium reactivity. This resin formulation contains no wax. Due to its exceptionally low viscosity, it provides outstanding wetting and impregnation capabilities with glass fibers, making it highly optimized for hand lay-up and spray-up processes.
- Low Exothermic Curve: Displays a low curing exotherm. Even during thick-section laminations for acrylic sanitary ware, it avoids overheating or causing thermal damage to the thin acrylic sheets.
- Cure Performance: Offers low shrinkage, light color, and minimal odor profiles upon final cure.
- High Filler Compatibility: Specially engineered for highly filled compound systems. Under high filler loading ratios, the compound maintains excellent flowability and workability, perfectly matching requirements of automated spray-up processes.

Preparation & Laboratory Condition:
1. Curing Profile: Specimen cured at room temperature for 24 hours, followed by post-curing at 80°C for 24 hours prior to mechanical evaluations.
2. Environment: Temperature strictly controlled at 23 ± 2°C, relative humidity at 50 ± 5%.

Storage & Handling
- Stirring: Thixotropic agents may show slight settlement over extended storage periods. Stir thoroughly before processing to ensure homogeneity.
- Storage: Store indoors in original sealed packaging between 5°C and 30°C in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources. Prevent water condensation.
- Safety Notice: Contains styrene monomer and is highly flammable. Keep away from sparks, open flames, and static electricity. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before operation.
- Guaranteed Shelf Life: 3 months from production date under 25°C indoor compliance storage. Maintain strict FIFO principles.
