Applications
ALITA 189ATP is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin synthesized from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and standard glycols.
- Features: Lower viscosity and medium reaction activity.
- Process Advantages: Good strength and rigidity, fast post-moulding cure, and strong wetting performance for glass fibers. Thixotropic property effectively provides anti-sagging during processing.
- Applications: Suitable for manufacturing various general-purpose FRP products via hand lay-up, spray-up, etc.

Usage Instructions
1. Composition: 189ATP resin contains wax, thixotropic agent, and accelerator.
2. Light Sensitivity: This resin is photosensitive and may gel when exposed to light. Do not open packaging until use and avoid exposure to strong light.
3. Stirring: Gradual settling of the thixotropic agent during storage is normal. The resin must be thoroughly stirred to achieve uniformity before use.
Storage & Handling
- Safety: Avoid skin/eye contact; wear necessary personal protective equipment during operation.
- Storage Temp: Store in a stable environment below 25℃.
- Prohibitions: Keep away from heat sources (direct sunlight, steam pipes, etc.). No outdoor storage to prevent moisture ingress and monomer loss.
- Management: Keep sealed and follow the "FIFO" principle.
