Applications
ALITA 191CTP is a DCPD-based pre-accelerated thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin, primarily synthesized from dicyclopentadiene (DCPD), maleic anhydride, and standard glycols.
- Features: Dissolves in crosslinking monomers like styrene, featuring low viscosity, medium reactivity, and excellent wetting properties.
- Thermal Performance: Features a high heat deflection temperature (HDT), suitable for products requiring specific heat resistance.

Usage Instructions
1. Composition: 191CTP resin contains wax, thixotropic agent, and accelerator.
2. Light Sensitivity: This product is photosensitive and may gel when exposed to light. Do not open packaging until use; avoid exposure to strong light.
3. Stirring Requirements: Gradual settling of thixotropic agents during storage is normal. The resin must be thoroughly stirred to achieve uniformity before use.
Storage & Handling
- Protection: Resin contains harmful ingredients; avoid skin and eye contact. Protective equipment must be worn.
- Temperature: Strongly recommended to store in a stable environment below 25℃.
- Prohibitions: Keep away from direct sunlight, steam pipes, or other heat sources. No outdoor storage to prevent moisture contamination and monomer loss.
- Management: Follow the "FIFO" principle for inventory turnover.
