Applications
ALITA 189 is a high-performance unsaturated polyester resin characterized by low viscosity, excellent water resistance, strong chemical stability, and high elongation at break.

Experimental Notes:
* FRP Lay-up: 9 layers of E-glass woven roving.
* Post-curing: Casting: 60℃ 3h + 80℃ 3h; FRP: 60℃ 3h + 110℃ 2h.
Usage Instructions
1. Mixing: ALITA 189 is a non-pre-accelerated resin. Accelerator and curing agent must be added sequentially before use.
2. Recommended Dosages: * Accelerator: Suggested usage 1.0% - 4.0%.
- Curing Agent: Suggested usage 1.0% - 2.0%.
- Note: Using curing agent outside this range may reduce the degree of cure.
3. Environment: Gel time and degree of cure are significantly affected by temperature and additive concentration. Adjust based on site conditions.
Storage & Handling
- Personal Protection: Resin contains hazardous ingredients; wear protective clothing and safety goggles.
- Temperature Management: Strongly recommended to store below 25℃.
- Light/Moisture Protection: Keep away from sunlight, steam pipes, or other heat sources. No outdoor storage. Keep sealed to prevent moisture ingress and monomer loss. Follow "FIFO" principle.
