Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 191 resin contains wax but does not contain accelerator or thixotropic agent. Incubate with accelerator before use.
2. Process Recommendations: * Casting Cure: Recommended 0.5% cobalt accelerator and 2.0% M-50 curing agent. Post-curing system: RT 24h + 60℃ 2h + 80℃ 2h.
- FRP Cure: Post-curing system: RT 24h + 60℃ 3h + 110℃ 3h.
3. Selection Recommendation: For applications requiring extremely high toughness or food-grade requirements, ALITA 196 resin is recommended.
Storage & Handling
- Safety Protection: Resin ingredients can be harmful; avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing and equipment.
- Storage Temperature: Strongly recommended to store in a stable environment below 25℃ (77℉), away from direct sunlight and steam pipes.
- Environmental Requirements: No outdoor storage to prevent moisture contamination. Keep sealed to reduce monomer (styrene) loss.
- Management: Follow the "FIFO" principle for inventory turnover.
