Applications
The ALITA 123 series consists of orthophthalic-type unsaturated polyester resins dissolved in styrene, pre-accelerated and thixotropic.
- Features: Low viscosity, low exotherm peak temperature, excellent handling performance, and outstanding water resistance. Also features superior mechanical strength.
- Certification: Certified by the China Classification Society (CCS).
- Applications: Suitable for hand lay-up or spray processes to manufacture FRP fishing boats, yachts, lifeboats, and other large moulded products.
Seasonal Grades & Classification:
- ALITA 123(N)W: Winter type, suitable for usage below 15℃.
- ALITA 123(N)M: Spring/Autumn type, suitable for 15-25℃.
- ALITA 123(N)S: Summer type, suitable for usage above 25℃.
- Wax Content:
- ALITA 123W/M/S: Contains wax, features air-drying property.
- ALITA 123NW/NM/NS: No wax, non-air-drying.

Notes:
1. Curing agent: 1.0% Butanox M-50.
2. Castings: 3mm thick, post-cured at RT 24h + 110℃ 2h.
3. FRP plates: 3 layers of EMC-450 CSM, post-cured at RT 24h + 40℃ 16h.
Storage & Handling
- Safety: Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear protective equipment during operation.
- Storage Temperature: Strongly recommended to store below 25℃.
- Environmental Requirements: Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources. No outdoor storage. Keep sealed to prevent moisture contamination and monomer loss. Follow the "FIFO" principle.
