Applications
ALITA 565 is an additive-type flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with high-efficiency composite flame retardants. It is halogen-free and pre-dissolved in styrene.
- Core Features: Low smoke, low toxicity, high flame retardancy, and excellent self-extinguishing properties. Complies with TB/T 3138-2006 and German standard DIN 5510-2.
- Process Advantages: Combined excellent handling performance with superior mechanical properties.
- Applications: Widely used in FRP products requiring stringent flame retardancy. Recommended for buses, trains, subways, light rails (interior components), and the construction industry.

Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 565 contains wax, no accelerator.
2. Curing system: Pure cobalt accelerator 0.4% - 2.0%; MEKP 1.0% - 2.5%.
3. Sedimentation: Additive-type FR resins may settle during storage. Stir thoroughly before use.
Storage & Handling
- Safety: Contains harmful components. Avoid skin/eye contact. Use protective equipment.
- Storage: Store below 25℃ (77℉). Away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Environment: No outdoor storage. Keep sealed to prevent monomer loss. Follow "FIFO" principle.
