Applications
ALITA 502 is a halogen-free, low-smoke, additive-type flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It features medium viscosity, good processability, and low shrinkage.
- Flame Retardant Standards: FRP products made with this resin can meet various standards, including:
- TB/T 3138, NFPA 130, DIN 5510-2
- BS 476 Part 7 (Class 1)
- GB 8624 (Class B1)
- Environmental Compliance: Meets regulatory requirements for restricted substances and VOC limits in the rail transit sector.
- Applications: Specifically suitable for hand lay-up processes to produce halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant FRP products, such as construction materials and rail vehicle components.

Notes:
1. Per GB/T 8237. FRP structure: 4x 300g CSM + 3x 400g WR. Curing: E4 2%, M-50 1.5%.
2. Post-curing: RT 24h + 60℃ 3h + 80℃ 2h.
Storage & Handling
- Safety: Contains potentially harmful components. Avoid contact with skin/eyes; use protective equipment.
- Temp: Keep below 25℃ in a stable environment. Away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Env: No outdoor storage. Keep sealed. Follow "FIFO" principle.
