Applications
ALITA 1506G is an unsaturated polyester resin based on orthophthalic acid and Neopentyl Glycol (NPG). It features high viscosity and high reactivity, specifically designed for molded products requiring high-quality surface finishes and high heat resistance.
- Surface Finish: Excellent flow properties ensure smooth and glossy surfaces.
- Physical Advantages: Features superior water resistance, outstanding heat resistance (HDT up to 120℃), high mechanical strength, and good electrical properties.

Experimental Notes:
1. Casting method follows GB/T 8237-2005.
2. Curing system: 0.6% Cobalt Naphthenate accelerator + Butanox M-50 curing agent 1.0%.
3. Post-curing scheme: RT 24h + 60℃ 3h + 120℃ 1h.
Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 1506G resin does not contain wax, accelerator, or thixotropic agent.
2. Stability Control: To ensure the storage stability of SMC/BMC materials, stabilizers must be added during the production process.
Storage & Handling
- Safety: Resin contains harmful ingredients; wear necessary personal protective equipment. Avoid skin and eye contact.
- Environment: Strongly recommended to store in a cool, dry place below 25℃.
- Isolation: Keep away from direct sunlight, fire sources, or steam pipes. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture ingress and styrene monomer loss.
- Management: Keep containers sealed and follow the "FIFO" principle for inventory management.
