Overview
ALITA 9066 is a high-performance orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin known for its high mechanical strength, excellent heat resistance, and superior water resistance. It is a versatile resin specifically optimized for continuous winding processes.

Usage Instructions
1. Composition Note: ALITA 9066 is a pure resin, containing no wax, accelerators, or thixotropic agents.
2. Recommended Curing System:
- Cobalt Accelerator (1% Co): 0.4% - 2.0%
- MEKP Curing Agent: 1.0% - 2.5%
- Actual ratios should be adjusted based on ambient temperature and product thickness.
3. Core Application: Highly recommended for the structural reinforcement layers of pipes, sand-filled pipes, and storage tanks.
Storage & Handling
- Safety Protection: Contains active monomers such as styrene. Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles during operation.
- Storage Environment: Strongly recommended to store in a cool indoor place below 25℃, away from direct sunlight, steam pipes, and other heat sources.
- Quality Management: Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture pollution. Keep containers sealed to reduce monomer evaporation. Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle.
