ALITA 9066 DCPD Unsaturated Polyester Resin

ALITA 9066 is an unsaturated polyester resin based on Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) as the primary chemical raw material. This product is specifically designed for Vacuum Infusion and Filament Winding processes, but is also suitable for Hand Lay-up applications. Its low viscosity design ensures exceptional fiber wetting performance.

• High Solid & Low Viscosity: Dynamic flow properties ensure rapid, void-free fiber impregnation in vacuum bags.
• Low Shrinkage: Greatly improves dimensional precision and minimizes internal curing stresses.
• Mechanical Performance: Characterized by high structural strength, HDT of 86°C, and excellent toughness.

Widely used in the manufacturing of large and medium-sized GRP components, yacht structures, ventilation ducts, chemical storage tanks, and winding pipelines.

Note: Tested in accordance with Q341125 CYXC001-2020 standards.

Note: Casting prepared per GB 8237-87. Curing: 55% MEKPO 1% + Accelerator 1%. Post-cure: 60°C × 2h + 110°C × 2h.

• Storage: Store below 25°C in a cool, ventilated place, away from fire and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 6 months under standard conditions.
• Safety: Flammable liquid. Keep containers sealed to prevent styrene vapor accumulation. Wear protective gloves and clothing.
