Features
ALITA S301/S201 is a specialized sanding gelcoat (S301 is Iso-NPG type; S201 is Iso type). It provides excellent mechanical and application properties. The surface is exceptionally easy to sand and ensures superior adhesion with subsequent topcoats. Recommended for FRP products requiring a painted surface with a high-polish effect. Suitable for both hand lay-up and spraying.

Sanding Instructions & Process
- Mixing Ratio: Adjust according to conditions (Gelcoat/Initiator = 100/1-4). Workshops should be >15°C with humidity <70%.
- Post Curing: Needed after molding to achieve optimal properties.
- Sanding Steps: 1. Sanding can begin after de-molding. 2. Start with 600# sandpaper to obtain an even surface. 3. Use 800# to 2000# sandpaper to refine the polish.
- Cleaning: Clean with water to remove sand residue, then wipe and dry.
Storage & Handling
- Packaging: 20kg pails.
- Storage: Max 3 months under 25°C in the shade. Colored gelcoats are pre-promoted.
