Features
86# Gelcoat is a Vinylester-type high-performance mould gelcoat.
- Advantages: Features extremely high hardness, high gloss, excellent impact resistance, reliable weather resistance, wear resistance, and good toughness.
- Thermal: Possesses a very high HDT, allowing it to withstand high exotherm peaks during the moulding process.
- Applications: Specifically for high-performance FRP mould manufacturing and other high-demand FRP products.
- Molding: Suitable for both hand lay-up and spray processes.

Applications
- Curing System: Cobalt accelerator, MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide).
- Operation: 1. Workshop, materials, and mold temps should be >15℃ with RH <70%; 2. Spray or hand lay-up applicable.
- Colors: Transparent, white, and various colors available (see Alita color card).
- Notes: Colored gelcoats are pre-accelerated.
Storage & Handling
- Packaging: 20kg drums.
- Storage: Seal and store in a cool place below 25℃. Shelf life is up to 3 months.
- Transport: Handled according to dangerous goods regulations and GB 190-90.
