82# Gelcoat is a polyester gelcoat specifically designed for fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) mold manufacturing.
- Properties: Features extremely high hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistance, and exceptional weather resistance.
- Usage: Recommended for creating high-performance FRP molds, providing long-lasting gloss and demolding stability.
- Molding: Suitable for both hand lay-up and spray processes.

Applications
- Curing System: Cobalt accelerator, MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide).
- Operation: 1. Workshop, materials, and mold temps should be >15℃ with RH <70%; 2. Spray or hand lay-up applicable.
- Notes: 1. Available in transparent, white, and various colors (see Alita color card); 2. Colored gelcoats are pre-accelerated.
Storage & Handling
- Packaging: 20kg drums.
- Storage: Seal and store in a cool place below 25℃. Shelf life is up to 3 months.
- Transport: Handled according to dangerous goods regulations and GB 190-90.
