ALITA 72# Sanitary Ware Type Iso-NPG Polyester Gelcoat

ALITA 72# is an Isophthalic-Neopentyl Glycol (Iso-NPG) type polyester gelcoat. It provides excellent high luster, high transparency, and superior surface hardness. Specially formulated for durability, it is rub-resistant and exceptionally waterproof, making it the ideal choice for high-end sanitary ware and decorative stone applications.

• High Luster & Transparency: Restores deep crystal gloss in quartz stone and artificial marble castings.
• Exceptional Hardness: Protects sanitary ware from scratches and daily abrasive wear.
• Water & UV Resistant: High resistance to hot water contact and humidity, preventing discoloration or dulling.
• Color Choices: Available in transparent, white, and customized colors. Colored versions are pre-promoted.

Manufacture of man-made marble, artificial agate, and high-end sanitary ware; waterproof FRP marine surfaces. Suitable for spraying and hand lay-up.

Note: Viscosity tested per GB 7193.1-1987, Gel time tested per GB 7193.6-1987.

• Curing System: Cobalt accelerator and MEKP are recommended. Ensure workshop, molds, and gelcoats are above 15°C; relative humidity should be below 70%.
• Storage: Max 3 months shelf life when stored below 25°C in a cool, shaded environment. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent solvent loss. Packaging: 20kg pails.
