FRP Internal Release Agent

FRP Internal Release Agent is a light yellow transparent viscous liquid designed for thermosetting processes in metal molds, such as pultrusion and molding (SMC/BMC). It is especially recommended for applications with strict requirements for subsequent painting or bonding, such as high-speed or low-shrinkage pultrusion. Compared to traditional stearate-based release agents, this product is more convenient to mix, offers better resin compatibility, and enhances fiber wetting performance.

• Instruction: Mix into the resin system before adding fillers. Suitable for Unsaturated Polyester and Vinyl Ester resin systems.
• Safety: Slightly corrosive to skin. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and buffered solution (e.g., sodium bicarbonate).

• Stability: Non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-explosive under normal storage.
• Sealing: Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
• Packaging: 10kg or 25kg plastic containers.
