Overview

ALITA EC-100 is an ideal accelerator for the room-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

Core Features: Characterized by excellent stability, high efficiency, and very light color.
Usage: Used in combination with curing agents such as Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide (MEKP) or Cyclohexanone Peroxide. It is widely applicable to various room-temperature curing processes for unsaturated polyester resins.
Applications: Ideal for gel coats, FRP products, buttons, handicrafts, artificial marble, poly-boards, etc.

Recommended Dosage: 0.5 ~ 4% (to be adjusted based on temperature, humidity, and production requirements).

Storage & Handling

1. Packaging: Packed in 25L polyethylene plastic drums, net weight 20Kg.

2. Storage: Shelf life is 6 months in a cool place below 25℃.

3. Fire Safety: This product is flammable. Keep away from heat and open flames. Avoid direct sunlight.

4. Safety Inhibition: Must not come into direct contact with peroxide curing agents (risk of violent reaction).

5. Transport: Handled according to national dangerous goods management regulations and GB190-90.
