Usage Instructions

1. Composition: ALITA 8685P resin contains wax and is pre-accelerated, but does not contain thixotropic agent.
2. Processing: During production, cutting and polishing must only be performed after the resin is fully cured.
3. Post-Curing: For optimal product performance, post-curing at 60-70℃ for at least 3 hours is recommended.
4. Filler Management: Fillers (e.g., stone powder) should be protected from moisture absorption. High moisture content will seriously affect product curing and lead to reduced physical properties.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety Protection: The resin contains components that may be harmful if mishandled. Avoid skin and eye contact; necessary protective equipment and clothing must be worn during operation.
  • Storage Temperature: It is highly recommended to store all materials in a stable temperature environment below 25℃ (77℉). Keep away from direct sunlight, steam pipes, or other heat sources.
  • Sealing & Moisture: Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture contamination. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer (e.g., styrene) loss.
  • Management: Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle for inventory rotation.
