Usage Instructions

1. Composition: ALITA 8685 resin contains wax, but contains no accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. Processing: In the production process, cutting and polishing must only be performed after the resin is fully cured.
3. Post-curing: To obtain optimal product performance, post-curing at a temperature of 60-70℃ for no less than 3 hours is recommended.
4. Filler management: Fillers should be prevented from absorbing moisture. High filler moisture content will seriously affect product curing, leading to decreased physical properties.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety Protection: This resin contains ingredients that may be harmful if handled improperly. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear necessary protective equipment and clothing during operation.
  • Storage Temperature: It is strongly recommended to store all materials in a stable temperature environment below 25℃ (77℉). Keep away from direct sunlight, steam pipes, and other heat sources.
  • Sealing & Moisture: Strictly prohibit outdoor storage to prevent moisture contamination. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss.
  • Inventory Rotation: Follow the "First-In-First-Out" principle.
