Usage Instructions
By adjusting the ratio of Dimethylaniline (accelerator) and peroxide (catalyst), the resin can be easily formulated into anchoring products with different gel times.
Storage & Handling
- Transport: Must strictly comply with national regulations on hazardous chemical handling (Chapter V).
- Environment: Store indoors in a cool, ventilated place below 25℃. Keep away from heat, flame, and radiation.
- Sealing: Containers must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture ingress and direct sunlight. Store separately from oxidizers, acids, and alkalis.
- Shelf Life:
- Below 25℃: 6 months for base resin; 3 months for pre-accelerated resin.
- Below 30℃ (Max 30℃): Max 3 months for base resin; max 1.5 months for pre-accelerated resin.
