Overview
ALITA 8005KP-11-GXX is a pre-accelerated, flame-retardant epoxy vinyl ester resin with enhanced weather resistance. It is specifically designed for vacuum infusion, FRP gel coat panels, and lighting panel molding processes. Featuring a brominated Bisphenol-A epoxy backbone, it integrates superior mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding weatherability, and flame retardancy into one high-performance system.
- Flame Retardant: Oxygen Index of 30.0% achieved through its brominated chemical structure.
- Low Viscosity & Great Flow: Low viscosity ensures rapid glass fiber wet-out, making it ideal for vacuum infusion.
- Weather Resistance: Formulated with anti-UV modifiers to resist yellowing and degradation in outdoor exposures.

Usage Instructions
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources. Ensure containers are tightly sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Shelf life is 6 months under standard conditions.
- Curing Schedule: Casting made according to GB/T 8237-2016. Recipe: Resin / Butanox LPT = 100 / 1.5. Curing: Room Temp × 24h + 60°C × 3h + 120°C × 2h.
