ALITA 8005BP-GXX Vacuum Infusion Flame Retardant Vinyl Ester Resin
Category:Vacuum InfusionCode:ALITA 8005BP-GXX
Overview
ALITA 8005BP-GXX is a vacuum infusion flame retardant epoxy vinyl ester resin featuring low viscosity, excellent flowability, and adjustable gel times. Based on a brominated bisphenol-A epoxy skeleton, it possesses both good mechanical properties and excellent corrosion and flame resistance. It is an integrated anti-corrosion and flame-retardant vinyl ester resin specially developed for vacuum infusion molding processes.
- High Flame Retardance: Resistant to corrosion from most acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and some organic solvents, while maintaining excellent flame retardance with an Oxygen Index reaching 32.0%.
- Low Viscosity: Exhibits good wettability with reinforcing materials like fibers, ensuring great construction workability.
- Adjustable Gel Time: The gel time can be adjusted flexibly within 15 to 100 minutes to suit various complex vacuum infusion processes.
Applications
- Widely used in vacuum infusion FRP molding processes that possess stringent flame retardant requirements.
