Usage Instructions

1. Curing System: For high-performance Quartz Stone, medium-temperature curing is recommended. Use TBPO (≥97%) at 1% dosage. Curing condition: 80±5°C for no less than 2.5 hours.
2. Coupling Agent: Recommended use of KH-570 at 2% resin dosage.
3. Post-Process: Products should cool down steadily to room temperature after heating to avoid deformation or cracking. Cutting and polishing should only be performed after full post-curing.

Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, ventilated area below 25°C, away from light and heat. Resin contains styrene and is flammable; handle according to hazardous chemical regulations. Recommended shelf life is 3-6 months under proper conditions.
