Usage Instructions
1. Composition: ALITA 6688 resin contains wax, but does not contain accelerator or thixotropic agents.
2. Recommended Curing System: * Specialized colorless accelerator: 0.4 - 2.0%
- MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide) catalyst: 1 - 2%
- Special Note: In actual operation, the specific dosages of catalyst and accelerator should be determined by on-site experiments based on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
Storage & Handling
- Safety Protection: The resin contains ingredients that may be harmful if mishandled. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; appropriate protective equipment must be worn during operation.
- Storage Environment: It is strongly recommended to store materials in a stable temperature environment below 25℃ (77℉). Strictly prohibit exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes.
- Sealing & Moisture: To prevent moisture contamination, do not store outdoors. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer (e.g., styrene) loss.
- Management: Follow the "First-In, First-Out" principle for stock rotation.
