Applications

ALITA 6322 is an Isophthalic-Neopentyl Glycol (NPG) type unsaturated polyester resin specifically designed for Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) trenchless rehabilitation.

Curing Instructions:
1. Casting preparation per GB/T 8237-2005; curing: 1.5% RCA + 1.5% Butanox M-50.
2. Post-curing: RT 24h + 60℃ 3h + 110℃ 2h.

Storage & Handling

  • Safety: Contains components that may be harmful if mishandled. Avoid contact with skin/eyes; use protective equipment.
  • Temp: Keep below 25℃ (77℉) in a stable environment.
  • Incompatibility: Away from direct sunlight, steam pipes, and other heat sources. No outdoor storage.
  • Sealing: Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer (styrene) loss. Follow "FIFO" principle.
